VISA REQUIREMENTS

According to the decision of the Republic of Estonia, visas are not issued for participants from Belarus and Russia.

An official Letter of Invitation to obtain a Visa and authorization to attend the ESA 2026 event in Tartu, Estonia will be issued ONLY after a completed registration form, hotel booking if necessary and full payment has been received. Letters of Invitation will not be given to parties not registered and paid in full.
All Letters of Invitation will be issued at the discretion of the event organizers. All expenses incurred concerning the delegate’s attendance at the event are the delegate's sole responsibility, and the event organizers hold no responsibility for the outcome of an individual’s visa application.
In case of visa refusal, we'll refund the registration fee in the full amount (minus the administration fee of 50€) based on the written proof of visa refusal one month before the event.

Please note: As the summer is a busy time at consulates and embassies, if you require a visa to enter the Schengen zone, please start the process 3 months earlier. Conference participants can apply for a business visa (https://www.schengenvisainfo.com/business-schengen-visa/), which requires an invitation letter from Delegate Services.
